Benjamin VanGelder is a dedicated mentor and instructor who has positively impacted the lives of hundreds of youth through his leadership and guidance. As one of 13 siblings, he values the importance of family, discipline, and teamwork. His passion for leadership extends beyond instruction, as he enjoys hiking, airsoft, jiu-jitsu, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Since joining Flash Love in January 2022, Benjamin has been an integral part of the organization’s mission to develop strong, capable leaders. After graduating from The Spartan Challenge (Class 005) and earning the Leadership Award, he continued his training in the Spartan Warrior Course (Class 002), further sharpening his skills in resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
